Terms of Service

These terms govern the private airport transfer services offered through skytransferbg.com ("we", "us") to the customer who makes a booking ("you"). By completing a booking and payment you accept these terms.

1. Service

We provide pre-booked private transfers between Burgas Airport (BOJ) and addresses in Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Sveti Vlas, Aheloy, Pomorie and Burgas, as well as return transfers to the airport. Each booking is for a private vehicle — it is not shared with other passengers.

2. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed only after successful online payment and receipt of your voucher by email.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide: address, date, time, flight number, passenger count and phone number.
  • Child seats are provided free of charge when requested during booking, subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are fixed per vehicle, shown in EUR, and include all taxes, tolls and one piece of standard luggage plus one piece of hand luggage per passenger.
  • Round trips are charged as two single transfers.
  • Payment is made online by card through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

4. Pickup and waiting time

  • Arrivals: your driver monitors your flight and waits up to 60 minutes after landing free of charge.
  • Departures: pickup is scheduled at least 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
  • For hotel or address pickups we allow 15 minutes of free waiting time. After that the transfer may be treated as a no-show.
  • If you cannot find your driver, call +359 884 777 751 before leaving the terminal.

5. Luggage and passengers

Oversized items (golf bags, bicycles, surfboards, wheelchairs, pushchairs) must be declared in the notes field at booking. Passenger numbers may not exceed the number booked; children of any age count as passengers.

6. Changes, cancellations and no-shows

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

  • All transfers are carried out by licensed drivers with insured vehicles.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, flight changes, strikes).
  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the transfer paid.

8. Conduct

Smoking, alcohol consumption and damage to the vehicle are not permitted. Drivers may refuse transport in cases of abusive, unsafe or illegal behaviour, without refund.
